Omnichannel Sr. Manager

About the role
MyEyeDr. is seeking an experienced Omnichannel Senior Manager to lead our strategy and drive innovative solutions that bridge our digital and physical retail experiences in the optometry space. You'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our vision for seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Vice President, Ecommerce and Digital you'll lead strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth through integrated channel strategies.

This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices.

You Will

• Lead the development and launch of our omnichannel programs, including strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization
• Evaluate and optimize the impact of digital tools across our omnichannel customer journey, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery
• Drive improvements in key omnichannel experiences, including pre-appointment check-in processes across multiple locations
• Understand connectivity between digital systems and the in-office point of sale system to ensure a unified patient experience
• Develop and track metrics to measure the success of omnichannel initiatives and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Patient Experience to ensure aligned execution
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

About You

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital/omnichannel strategy, retail operations, or related fields
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a growing organization; Strong project management capabilities with experience driving initiatives from concept to completion
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in retail environments; experience in multi location retail is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Natural curiosity and eagerness to explore and implement innovative solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strategic thinking balanced with tactical execution capabilities
