MyEyeDr is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team, supporting key initiatives across Ecommerce, patient retention and growing personalization capabilities.
This is a collaborative role that will work closely with cross-functional partners, from Creative to Ecommerce and IT, to enhance the patient experience through the end-to-end execution of email and SMS (and sometimes automated voice and postal campaigns). Top candidates will exhibit curiosity, adaptability, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The right individual for this role will be able to manage campaigns from start to finish with little oversight. Ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Execute email marketing campaigns including the full cycle of planning, wireframing, HTML/CSS, audience segmentation, deployment, and reporting (a separate creative team handles design and copywriting)
- Own Ecommerce lifecycle campaigns, which include complex automation rules and logic (example: contacts re-order reminders)
- Drive the Ecommerce CRM strategy to maximize positive impact on patients and support company KPIs.
- Own and maintain the Ecommerce email marketing calendar
- Apply database knowledge and experience working with data engineering to access data for highly targeted campaigns within Braze
- Provide design and copy direction to the creative team in line with email best practices
- Usher emails through reviews, collecting feedback and making changes as needed (includes submitting creative briefs)
- Be a champion for our creative review and QA processes
- Keep a test-and-learn mindset; pilot new concepts
- Document campaign changes
- Troubleshoot and reconcile issues reported to the CRM team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field, or the equivalent combination of education, skills, training & experience
- 5+ years of professional experience building and sending emails; some experience with other CRM channels a plus
- 5+ years of experience with an email service provider (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Hubspot, Iterable, etc.)
- At least 1 year experience with Braze (desired)
- Expert experience using filters to set target audiences
- Proficiency in building emails with HTML/CSS, and experience writing personalization strings with a dynamic scripting language such as Salesforce ampscript, Braze liquid, handlebars or similar.
- Proficiency with excel
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Expert experience reporting on campaign success / understand acronyms like OR, CTR, CTOR, ROI
- Experience using Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar testing tool
- Proven track record of executing on email marketing best practices
- Extreme attention to detail
