About the role
MyEyeDr. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Team. In this role, you will act as a central hub for one or more functions within our multi-unit operations. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. A customer-focused and adaptable mindset is essential.
This is role based out of our Raleigh, NC office.
You Will
- Oversee executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide regular updates to executives about upcoming commitments, ensuring awareness of obligations, meetings, and deadlines.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries with all relevant information.
- Process and manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assess and prioritize inquiries and requests, addressing high-priority items promptly while delegating routine matters when appropriate.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Organize departmental meetings, conferences, and training sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Lead special projects as directed by the executive, utilizing critical thinking to create messaging and design presentations.
- Provide hands-on assistance, including business errands and ad hoc tasks, demonstrating a scrappy, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach to support the team effectively.
About You
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar support role, preferably within the retail or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to meet diverse needs.
