About the role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with extensive experience in .Net platforms. The Sr. Engineer will build new products, enhance existing products, build new integrations and support various corporate, field and clinical applications in healthcare.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, Field and Clinical Applications, this is a hybrid role with a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices. 
You Will
  • Ability to develop efficient technical solutions in a diverse application environment consisting of corporate off the shelf and custom-made software systems.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies, presenting these for architectural review.
  • Communicate very effectively with process owners and management, internal and external teams.
  • Gather requirements related to the technical solution as well as integration of third-party applications and systems.
  • Investigate and determine best practices for selection of integration method, business rules, and policies.
  • Design processes, protocols, standards, and execution plan around integration needs.
  • Work with external resources and manage vendor relationships related to system connection and necessary development work.
  • Participate in design sessions with business process owners to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability. 
  • Comply with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures for every development effort.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise architects to build POCs, do competitive product/platform evaluation and improve software engineering processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and remote environments.
  • Provide support to resolve technical and integration issues.
About You 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience 
  • 12+ years of software programming experience C#/.Net and Microsoft platforms.
  • 6+ years of experience in RESTful APIs and integrations using JSON
  • 6+ years of experience in using Azure cloud native services
  • 3+ years of React experience
  • 6+ years of SQL, MSSQL relational database.
  • Must have a deep understanding of Insurance and Revenue Cycle Management domain
  • Strong healthcare domain knowledge is highly preferred
  • Experience in building enterprise grade products is highly preferred
  • Good Knowledge of Windows, and Cloud environments like AWS.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, GIT, Azure , CICD, Jira, Confluence 
  • Strong development experience in Insurance and healthcare
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of programming principles and SDLC, Agile using SCRUM
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong background in engineering processes and improvement.
  • Strong background in various software engineering tools
