About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed Business Support & Development Coordinator to join our Managed Vision Care (MVC) team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all MVC business growth projects are organized and remain on track through effectively communicating with stakeholders as well as providing critical support via data analysis and reporting. This position plays a crucial role in the success of onboarding our new locations by managing project timelines, reviewing extensive data and information, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed on time.
This role reports to the Manager, MVC Business Growth, and is a hybrid role with a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.
You Will
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of all MVC related location growth on-boarding projects which include tasks related to the functions of contracting, credentialing, systems setup, revenue cycle and office operations.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all priorities are balanced, and deadlines are delivered on time.
- Review project schedules to identify and escalate potential issues.
- Ensure accuracy in all project documentation and reporting.
- Manages the roll out of all new insurances to be added to existing locations.
- Reviews and repairs all insurance carrier appointment booking links for all locations.
- Analyze project and insurance carrier booking links data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Manages templates and sends related MVC communications for all new locations and location moves and mergers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all MVC stakeholders and MVC leadership.
- Execute all office facing communications regarding MVC location growth projects and new insurances for new and existing impacted offices and associates.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the integrity of the location growth communication templates. Manage and send all MVC Welcome aboard communications.
- Ability to gather and analyze large volumes of data accurately and make recommendations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure insurance carrier booking links are functioning properly.
- Maintain focus and concentration to ensure thorough and precise analysis.
- Prepare and supply data for project presentations.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in managing complex projects or work-streams of projects
Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle experience preferred
