Product Operations Coordinator

About the role
The Product Operations Coordinator is a member of the Merchandising and Supply Chain department.  In this role, you’ll use a disciplined data-driven approach and have a strong understanding of portfolio profitability. This individual will assist in developing insightful analyses to provide concise recommendations for leadership to evaluate & prioritize initiatives and capabilities.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Operations and is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of either our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA offices.

You Will

• Drive tactical execution of day-to-day activities (not limited to onboarding of new acquisitions, data entry for new products, answering field-level questions and identifying ways to eliminate remedy tickets)
• Collaborate with Operations as subject matter experts on policies and procedures in relation to Supply Chain operations, such as SOP updates, MyEyeShare resources, and the use of Supply Chain systems (CLX, MyLink, etc)
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of vendor accounts & ordering portals to ensure timely and accurate product flow, as well as support to Field Operations in the resolution of any issues with product availability, shipping, and delivery
• Act as point of contact for new integrations to provide support and guidance as needed
• Always looking for creative ideas to drive business/financial improvements, innovation, and an improved patient experience

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business or 3 years’ experience in customer service / retail setting.
• Experience in merchandising, replenishment, logistics or related field a plus
