About the role
The Director of Revenue Cycle Systems & Analytics oversees the successful maintenance and operations of systems related to revenue cycle management and the necessary reporting, analysis and development needed to support the organization. We look to them to partner with our revenue cycle and operations teams to help standardize the build and maintenance of systems data but also to identify opportunities for improvement in an ever-evolving technology landscape. They are accountable for project and analytical results by developing methods and overseeing requirements gathering with little upfront guidance to achieve strategic goals for senior leadership. This person should be creatively analytical as an out-of-the-box thinker, who is able to identify, understand, and evolve highly manual and inefficient processes into automated solutions while utilizing hard research to support ideas. Their team will be responsible for the data extraction, analysis, and insight visualization of reporting needs related to all Revenue Cycle-related Teams. This role requires a blend of soft skills (clear communication and teamwork) and technical skills (data manipulation and project management) in a self-starting environment.
This role reports to the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer and is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.
