About the role
The Operations Analyst will drive strategic insights for effective and agile decision making. You will conduct analysis and automate analytics tasks that deliver insights that will shape strategic decisions for our company. You’ll be responsible for the Growth team’s data pipeline and analytics stack, while identifying and prioritizing critical areas in need of optimization. Engages clients in reporting writing, data validation, and analytical efforts via support requests. This position is remote.

You Will

  • Work closely with Operations business partners to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
  • Providing senior leadership with projections and performance reports in accordance with critical metrics that the team also manages for relative changes over time
  • Supporting our Field First organization by providing actionable insights and information to help drive the business and our on-going pursuit to run better offices. You will become a member of a highly influential team, and you will have daily exposure to senior leadership in the business.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to key partners as a part of the operations analytics process in both written, visual, and verbal methods
  • Managing relationships with cross functional team members in the collaborative exchanges
  • Bringing proven and emerging techniques to the Operations analytics team to help advance our impact in the business
  • Be a student of the business and take the initiative to continuously learn and apply these insights to develop a strategic and collaborative mindset
  • Provide outstanding ability to actively listen to partners and frame problems to ensure we are answering the right questions with the utmost efficiency
  • Lead others, both internally and externally, to provide conclusions and develop tools

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Related Experience
  • Prior experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
  • Experience as MS SQL Server administration skills and building stored procedures, views, functions, and data modeling of tables
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (i.e., Python, SAS, R)
  • Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, statistical analysis, and visualization
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Understanding of healthcare data to effectively present analysis and findings
  • Knowledge using relational database design including database tables, field formats, key values, and database indexes
