About the role
We are looking for an IT Product Manager with extensive experience supporting complex accounting systems using Oracle Fusion Financials, providing business analysis, configurations, and data analysis.

Reporting to the Vice President, Applications (Field, Clinical and Corp) and Product Engineering, this position will be responsible for leading and maintaining all Finance related projects and will work closely with business power users, technical development team in configuring Oracle Financial ERP system and defining effective business processes

You Will

  • Be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle for multiple business processes including:
    • gathering and prioritizing product requirements from the finance team
    • transform requirements into technical specs
    • defining the product vision and roadmap
    • working closely with functional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Support Oracle Fusion Finance product and feature launches
  • Perform testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify that the requirements are met.
  • Perform post-production release validation testing on any new improvements or bug fixes

About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or Management Information Systems
  • You will have 8+ years of professional Oracle Fusion Financial experience (seeking strong Functional experience).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Suite, end-to-end business processes across O2C, P2P and R2R with working knowledge of underlying source data and processes.
  • Strong experience in AR, GL, AP with implementation and process related experience in Oracle Order to Cash and Procure-to-Pay process areas and working knowledge in Oracle Order Management, Inventory.
  • Experience with multiple Oracle Financials implementation.
  • Experience modifying and creating Oracle Financial workflows.
  • Advanced SQL experience querying large data sets from multiple sources and developing automated reporting.
